Our Products

Beef
Our cattle are 100% Angus that are pasture raised on natural grass only. Angus cattle comes from a Scottish breed of cattle, called Aberdeen Angus. Angus was bred to be robust and sturdy. Angus cattle are medium-sized, muscular animals, and mostly red or black in color. They’re predominantly grass-fed. Angus cattle are known for the high level of marbling in their meat. A lot of marbling keeps the meat moist for longer when cooking. And where there’s marbling, there’s tender, juicy and flavorsome beef. Our beef products are fresh, USDA inspected and nitrates or nitrites free. Beef products are dry aged for 28 days to enhance the tenderness of the meat.

Pork
Our hogs are 100% Berkshire raised on pasture grass, forest acorn and non-GMO corn feed. The Berkshire is a British breed of pig. It originated in the English county of Berkshire, for which it is named. It is normally black, with some white on the snout, on the lower legs, and on the tip of the tail. It is one of the oldest breeds of pigs in England. Berkshire pork, prized for juiciness, flavor, and tenderness, is pink-hued and heavily marbled. Its high fat content makes it suitable for long cooking and high-temperature cooking. Our hog products are fresh, USDA inspected and nitrates or nitrites free.

Lamb
Our lambs are 100% Dorper raised on pasture grass. The Dorper is a South African mutton breed developed in the 1930's from the Dorset Horn and Black headed Persian. Dorper are hornless with good body length and a short light covering of hair and wool. Dorper lamb is naturally lower in fat than most lamb. Because dorper lamb does not carry wool or a heavy fleece, the meat does not have the strong flavor typically associated with imported lamb. Our lamb products are fresh, USDA inspected and nitrates or nitrites free.

Rabbit
Our rabbits are 100% New Zealand rabbits raised on non GMO grains. New Zealand rabbits are a very popular breed raised for both meat and fur production. The New Zealand rabbit despite the name, is American in origin and originated in California from rabbits imported from New Zealand. The New Zealand has a rather well-rounded body shape, which is slender yet muscular. Does (females) are bigger than bucks (males) with a maximum weight of 10 to 12 pounds, where the male of the breed is supposed to weigh between 9 and 11 pounds. Our rabbits are fresh and safely processed on the farm.

Honey
Our honeybees are 100% Russian. The Russian honeybee refers to honeybees that originate in the Primorsky Krai region of Russia. This strain of bee was imported into the United States in 1997. Russian honeybees either meet or exceed industry standards for honey production. On the farm, we process local unprocessed honey and garlic, garlic/jalapeno and ginger root honeys that are fermented 30 plus days. The fermented honeys are great for glazing meats for enhanced flavor, vegetable stir fry dishes and tea. Ginger root honey is great for smoothies and enhancing alcoholic beverages.

Eggs
We provide our customer with 100% Khaki Campbell Ducks and Ameraucanas Chicken eggs. The Campbell is a British breed of domestic duck. It was developed at Uley, in Gloucestershire, England, at the turn of the 20th century; being introduced to the public in 1898 and the Khaki variety in 1901. Campbells can come in three color varieties: khaki, dark and white. They were developed by crossing between Mallard, Rouen and Runner ducks. The egg production of the Campbell breed can exceed even the most efficient of egg-laying domestic chickens, with the breed laying an average of 300 eggs a year and the eggs are 1.5 times larger than chicken eggs. The Ameraucana chickens were developed in the United States in the 1970s from Araucana chickens brought from Chile. Ameraucana lays colorful eggs that are considered easter eggs. Ducks and chickens roam freely on the farm eating grass, bugs and fed non-GMO corn.
